I love our weekend trips to the Farmers Market. We usually visit the Sunday market at the new Landsdowne Park complex, but this week we decided to check out the market in our own neighbourhood! With strawberry season finally here, I wanted to get my hands on a few litres of the red, juicy morsels!
Despite the overcast weather, the pathway lined with tents full of fresh produce, baked goods, and other neat finds was packed.
Loaves of delicious bread for a small cost from local bakery Art Is In! We left with Cheddar Jalapeno and Rosemary and Garlic!
I'm all about that freshly squeezed lemonade!

We ate lunch on the grass and watched the people go by in between shopping! The market is another check on my "reasons to like Ottawa list." Thankfully Andrew loves it just as much as I do - we definitely miss it on the weekends we're out of the city.
