SAYING SO LONG TO SUMMER

The end of August is hard to swallow, but I have to keep reminding myself that I love September and October (like most people do!) and that the change of seasons is a time to reflect on the last few months and set an intention for the next few. Is that too cheesy? Seasons are a milestone and mark a change, so with the impending end of summer on the horizon I gathered some of Ottawa's most creative and talented minds to throw a send-off to summer on the beach. A warm summer evening, a DIY bouquet bar with wildflowers, dreamy dresses, and good company was just the beginning of it all.

I had an idea and this incredible group of ladies helped me make it come to life. So, without further ado, say goodbye to summer with me as you take a look at our styled shoot. Make sure you read through to the bottom to find out who contributed and where you can find them!

To everyone who helped make my vision come to life, thank you from the bottom of my summer-loving heart. I'm constantly in awe of the talent in this city and I was honoured to be able to work with all of you!

Cheers to the end of an incredible summer. Here's to a new season and new beginnings. After all, life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.
